Cancellation Policy
Grip socks are mandatory and available to purchase at the studio! Our classes have a cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients. Please review the details below: 1. Cancellation Window: You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid any charges. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a fee equivalent to the full class rate. 3. No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class without prior notice, you will be charged the full class rate. 4. Emergency Cancellations: In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Age Requirement for Reformer Pilates Private Session: Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the class. Please see our T&C's for more information.
