Service Description
Join us for a 50 minute lower body Reformer Pilates class designed to tone and strengthen your legs, glutes, and hips. We'll start with a warm-up to activate your lower body muscles, followed by targeted exercises on the Reformer equipment to enhance your lower body strength, stability, and flexibility. Each movement is tailored to improve posture and balance. The session will end with 10 minutes of stretch and relaxation to release tension and leave you feeling refreshed. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy
Grip socks are mandatory and available to purchase at the studio! Our classes have a cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients. Please review the details below: 1. Cancellation Window: You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid any charges. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a fee of £5 and will lose your class credit. 3. No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class without prior notice, you will be charged £5 and will lose your class credit. 4. Emergency Cancellations: In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Age Requirement for Reformer Pilates Group Classes: Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the class. Please see our T&C's for more information.
