Come vibe with us in a laid back Yin Yoga session, where you can stretch at your own pace and let go of tension. We'll hold poses, relax into the stretches, and flow with smooth, vibey music in the background. This class is open to all levels; whether you're craving a deep stretch or need a vibey tune to mentally switch off to, this session has you covered. Let go, reset, and feel refreshed. See you there!

Cancellation Policy
Grip socks are mandatory and available to purchase at the studio! Our classes have a cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients. Please review the details below: 1. Cancellation Window: You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid any charges. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a fee of £5 and will lose your class credit. 3. No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class without prior notice, you will be charged £5 and will lose your class credit. 4. Emergency Cancellations: In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Age Requirement for Reformer Pilates Group Classes: Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the class. Please see our T&C's for more information.
