Service Description
Wellness Beyond the Studio is about keeping that feel good energy going long after class. It is the walks, coffees, chats and little moments where we spend time together, reset and enjoy being around people who make us feel good. A Figure Social is not just about what happens in class. It is about creating space to connect, laugh and look after our mindset as much as our bodies. We are really proud to offer this because we know feeling well is not only about movement. It is also about community, friendship and having fun together outside the studio.

Cancellation Policy
Grip socks are mandatory and available to purchase at the studio! Our classes have a cancellation policy designed to ensure fairness and accommodate all clients. Please review the details below: 1. Cancellation Window: You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid any charges. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a fee of £5 and will lose your class credit. 3. No-Shows: If you do not attend a booked class without prior notice, you will be charged £5 and will lose your class credit. 4. Emergency Cancellations: In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Age Requirement for Reformer Pilates Group Classes: Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the class. Please see our T&C's for more information.
